one size, approx. 12 inch. 8 inch square 'grandma' style gluten free crust available. our dough is made using a blend of stone ground, organic, & local flours and is long fermented. our pizza is baked in a hot deck oven. leopard spotting and charring is expected, intentional, and desired.
